Private Practice – White River Junction, VT & Hanover, NH

We’re a thriving, full-scope private optometry practice with two locations in the beautiful Upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire. We’re looking for a caring, motivated optometrist to join our team and help deliver exceptional care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

About the Practice

Our independent practice serves patients of all ages with a full range of services—from routine eye exams to emergency and advanced medical eye care. We’re known for our strong focus on glaucoma management and specialty contact lenses, including sclerals.

We invest in state-of-the-art technology including:

• Zeiss OCT
• Humphrey Visual Fields
• Advanced retinal imaging
• Zeiss Forum data management software

Our team includes five experienced optometrists, skilled opticians, dedicated techs, and administrative support—all committed to giving patients an outstanding experience. We encourage clinical autonomy, ongoing learning, and the development of specialty interests.

Your Role

This can be a part-time (3 days/week) or full-time position (4–5 days/week) with no weekends. You’ll practice full-scope optometry using the latest tools and techniques. You’ll also benefit from a strong referral relationship with Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, including access to monthly ophthalmology grand rounds for continuing education.

• Competitive full-time salary range ($130,000 to $155,000) and the full-time benefits package includes:
